Description

This series of works is a practice of painting directly without sketching and planning much. The subject that I meditate upon and let each cell in my body carry that essence of the subject as I paint, engaging not just my hand and brush but each cell in my body. It feels more like a martial art practice where the entire body is involved.

This practice demands absolute attention and presence of mind at any given moment. There will be accidents in the process, which with great acceptance could create beautiful things that are beyond the comprehension of brain.
